Sunteck Realty Ltd. has announced the incorporation of two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, Eminara Realty Private Limited and Eminara Lifespace Private Limited, on June 20, 2026. These entities, incorporated in India, will engage in real estate and allied activities. The company subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each for each subsidiary, totaling ₹1,00,000 each, making them 100% owned by Sunteck Realty Ltd.
