Sunrise Industrial Traders Ltd has announced the outcome of its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 30, 2026. The meeting approved the audited balance sheet and profit & loss statement for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company also re-appointed Mr. Dhanesh B. Raheja as a director who retires by rotation. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Suresh B. Raheja, and the e-voting process was scrutinized by Mr. Manthan Negandhi, a practicing company secretary.
