Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and related parties. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is taken in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading before financial results are made public. The date of the board meeting for results will be announced subsequently.
