This is in continuation of our earlier communications (i.e. dated October 13, 2026), pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time ("Listing Regulations"), wherein we have informed that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ("NCLT"), vide order dated September 28, 2026 (received on October 12, 2026) has appointed Mr. Trupalkumar Patel (having IP Registration No.IBBI/IPA/IP-P01186/2018-19/11907) as Resolution Professional of the Company.
Siti Networks Ltd has been appointed a Resolution Professional by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to oversee the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) due to the cancellation of the existing Resolution Professional's registration.
