Shree Cement Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, July 31, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons from July 1, 2026, until August 2, 2026, which is 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced.
