Shakti Press Ltd held its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 21, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was conducted by Ms. Shivani Goydani, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The AGM passed three resolutions: adoption of financial statements, re-appointment of a director, and approval of related party transactions. The resolutions were passed with a majority of approximately 99% votes cast in favor.
