Sapphire Foods India Limited held its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 21, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was conducted in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Company Secretary introduced the Directors, Whole-time Director, and Executive Director, who were present at the AGM. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sunil Chandiramani, Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors/Audit Committee.
