Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has submitted with the Stock Exchange regarding final closing of the acquisition through indirect wholly owned subsidiary.
Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd has completed the acquisition of 81% stakes in Yutaka Giken Co., Ltd and 11% stake in Shinnichi Kogyo Co., Ltd through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Motherson Global Investments B.V. The final closing of the transaction is being achieved on July 21, 2026.
