Samhi Hotels Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Navi Mumbai) Private Limited, has received a Commencement Certificate from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to carry out development work and obtain a building permit for a proposed commercial (hotel) building in Navi Mumbai.
