Rudra Gas Enterprise Ltd has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, Rudra Bio Energy Private Limited, on June 20, 2026. This new entity is established to expand the company's business into the manufacturing and dealing of various bio fuels, including oxygen, hydrogen, methane, and ethanol, as well as pellets and briquettes. Rudra Gas Enterprise holds a 51% stake in the subsidiary with an initial investment of Rs. 51,000. This strategic move aims to broaden the company's business horizons and leverage shared resources, though the subsidiary has not yet commenced its operations.
