Outcome of Board meeting for Appointment of Independent Directors
Radhika Jeweltech Ltd has announced the appointment of two new independent directors, Dholakiya Dipakkumar Natwarlal and Preetiben Bakulbhai Fichadia, with effect from July 22, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointments are for a period of five years. The company has also approved the cessation of two existing independent directors, Natwarlal Vachhraj Dholakia and Pravinaben Anantrai Geria, upon completion of their tenure.
