The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Rajeev Pal as an Additional Director and the appointment of Mr. Rahul Singh Tomar as a new Additional Director. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Shah Dhandharia & Co LLP as one of the Joint Statutory Auditors and M/s. KVM & Co. as the Cost Auditors.
