This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are published. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for these results in due course.
