The meeting commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:44 p.m. The requisite quorum was present, and the seven directors of the company attended the meeting. The chairman informed the members that the company had taken steps to enable electronic participation and voting on all agenda items. The notice of the AGM, directors' report, and independent auditor's report for the financial year 2025-2026 were taken as read by the chairman with the consent of the members present.
