Parnax Lab Ltd held its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company also re-appointed Mr. Mihir P. Shah as a director and appointed M/s.
