Parmeshwar Metal Ltd has informed the BSE about the incorporation of a subsidiary, Parmeshwar Copperx Private Limited, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs approving the same on August 17, 2026. The subsidiary is incorporated in the state of Gujarat with an authorized and paid-up share capital of Rs. 10,00,000 divided into 100,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
