Orient Cement Ltd has announced the acquisition of a 9.04% stake in Vena Energy KN Wind Power Private Limited, a renewable energy company operating a 46 MW wind power project in Karnataka. The acquisition is expected to be completed by August 31, 2026, and the company has disclosed the details of the acquisition under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
