Optiemus Infracom Ltd has announced the outcome of its Preferential Allotment Committee meeting, where it approved the allotment of 572,336 equity shares to various allottees, including promoters and non-promoters, at an issue price of Rs. 672.25 per share. The paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 89,26,11,190, divided into 8,92,61,119 equity shares.
