The Board of Directors of Narendra Properties Ltd has approved the payment of remuneration to Mr. Nishank Sakariya, a Non-Executive Director, as a Consultant from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. Additionally, the Board has approved the payment of remuneration as consultancy fees to Mr. Narendra C Maher, a Promoter, and Mr. Narendra Sakariya, a Promoter, from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. The Board has also re-appointed Ms. Kavita Patel as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, from December 27, 2026 to December 26, 2031. Furthermore, the Board has authorized the company to make investments, loans, and guarantees up to Rs. 50 Crores.
