This is to inform that in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 read with Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and clarifications issued by BSE from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall be closed w.e.f. 1st October 2026 for the Designated persons and their immediate relatives till the 48 hours after the declaration of Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th Sept 26 to the Stock Exchange

Modern Steels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Pursuant to the Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and the Companies Act 2013 , please find enclosed the Consolidated Scrutinizer Report.

Modern Steels Ltd has announced the Consolidated Scrutinizer Report as per Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and the Companies Act 2013.

The Shareholders of the Company in its meeting duly held on 26th September, 2026 have approved the change in management including the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Sharma and Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company, Re-Appointment of Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal as Chairman and Managing Director, Re-appointment of Prof. Anupama Sharma as Independent Director and Mr. Surinder Kumar as Independent Director of the Company.
