Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has published newspaper notices regarding the impending transfer of unclaimed dividends from FY 2018-19 and the corresponding underlying shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This action is mandated by Sections 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013, and related IEPF rules. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from 2018-19 have until September 22, 2026, to claim their dues. Unclaimed shares and associated benefits will be transferred to the IEPF after this deadline.
