Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd (MMFSL) announced a change on its Board of Directors. Mr. Ashwani Ghai, a Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director representing Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), ceased to be a director effective June 22, 2026. He is succeeded by Mr. Krishna Kumar Sukumaran Nair, also representing LIC, whose appointment is effective June 23, 2026, subject to AGM approval. Mr. Nair brings over 36 years of experience from LIC, having served as Executive Director – Corporate Governance and Chief Compliance Officer.
