Libord Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders and designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a routine compliance measure ahead of earnings.
