Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd has received approval from both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for the listing of 1,98,67,549 new equity shares. These shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2/-, were issued to qualified institutional buyers through a qualified institutional placement (QIP). This intimation confirms the final procedural step for the shares to be traded on the exchanges following the successful completion of the QIP.
