Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday 22nd September, 2026 to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held Tuesday 22nd September, 2026 to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.

Jointeca Education Solutions Ltd will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 22nd to September 29th, 2026, for the purpose of its Annual General Meeting.

This is to inform you that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 10.00 A.M. The Notice of the AGM and Annual Report for the year 2025-26 will be sent through electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s). The Notice of the AGM and Annual Report 2025-26 will be available on the website of the Company and will be submitted to stock exchanges in due course.
