IVP Ltd has issued an intimation to its shareholders holding shares in physical form, requesting them to update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details with the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent. This action is mandated by SEBI Master Circulars, which require recording of PAN, address, mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature. Failure to update these details by April 1, 2024, will result in dividend/interest payments being made only through electronic mode after the complete updation is furnished. The company has sent letters and necessary forms to facilitate this process.
