Please find enclosed herewith intimation under reg 30 SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 regarding closure direction issued by GPCB to the Company.
Indo Amines Ltd has received a closure direction from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) to shut down its manufacturing operations at one of its plants due to non-compliance with environmental regulations. The closure will be effective 15 days from the date of issuance of the letter. The company is taking corrective measures to address the observations and is in the process of submitting a response to obtain revocation of the closure directions.
