ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd has allotted 67,604 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on June 23, 2026. This allotment was made under its Employee Stock Option Scheme (2005) and Employee Stock Unit Scheme (2023) to eligible employees. The allotment was approved by the Managing Director & CEO and the new shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company. This is a routine exercise of employee benefit schemes.
