ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd has allotted 99,937 equity shares of ₹10 each on June 23, 2026. These shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (88,668 shares) and the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme - 2023 (11,269 shares). The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director under authority delegated by the Board. The new shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
