ICICI Bank has allotted 4,05,660 new equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2, under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000. This allotment, dated June 22, 2026, was approved by two Executive Directors, exercising powers delegated by the Board of Directors. This represents a very minor increase in the outstanding shares.
