Honasa Consumer Limited (HCL) has announced the acquisition of a 58% majority stake in Fluence Pharma, a science-backed nutraceuticals company specializing in patented Cyclical Nutrition Therapy. This strategic move marks HCL's entry into the high-growth nutraceuticals market, particularly focusing on "inside-out" beauty solutions. HCL will establish a new subsidiary, Honasa Health Private Limited, to scale Fluence's B2C nutrition portfolio. Fluence Pharma reported approximately INR 40 Crore revenue with over 20% EBITDA margin in FY26.

Fluence Pharma offers condition-specific OTC supplements under brands like "Hair Fact" and "Skin Fact." This strategic move marks Honasa's entry into the rapidly growing nutraceuticals market, which is valued at over ₹16,000 Crores. The company also announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Honasa Health Private Limited, to manage its B2C nutraceuticals business. The remaining 42% stake in Fluence Pharma will be acquired in two tranches over the next 5-7 years.
