HMA Agro Industries Ltd has announced its participation in the second phase of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA)'s 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign from April 1 to July 9, 2026. The initiative aims to help shareholders update KYC details, including bank accounts and nominees, to claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends and prevent their transfer, along with underlying shares, to the IEPF. The company has proactively sent emails to shareholders and highlighted that 100% of its shares are dematerialized.
