Hardwyn India Ltd issued a corrigendum to its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice dated June 9, 2026. The correction addresses an inadvertent typographical error in Item No. 3, which pertains to the appointment of Mr. Yogesh Kumar Garg as an Independent Director. The resolution was erroneously mentioned as an "Ordinary Resolution" and has now been rectified to a "Special Resolution" to comply with Regulation 25(2A) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
