Initmation of availing OD Facility
Gogia Capital Growth Ltd has availed an overdraft (OD) facility of ₹9,00,00,000 from ICICI Bank Ltd to meet its working capital requirements for day-to-day operations as a trading member of BSE, NSE, and MCX, and as a Depository Participant of NSDL, and to support proprietary trading activities. The OD facility has been secured against the mortgage of a property owned by Mr. Ankur Gogia, Managing Director of the Company.
