This transaction, representing 9.55% of the total share capital, is part of an internal restructuring within the promoter group, where GMR Estate Management's stake increased to 24.91% and GMR Enterprises' stake decreased to 10.18%. The acquisition was made at INR 107.48 per share and is exempt from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(iii) of SEBI Takeover Regulations, with prior intimation provided as required.
