Garnet International Ltd has disclosed that 27,00,000 convertible warrants allotted on February 10, 2025, have lapsed and unexercised due to non-payment of the remaining 75% balance consideration. The company will cancel and forfeit the warrants, and transfer the upfront money to the Capital Reserve Account. The defaulting allottees will be ineligible for any preferential issue of the company for one year from forfeiture.
