Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR) - Update on Joint Venture Agreement with Faurecia Automotive Seating India Private Limited

Gabriel India Ltd has informed that the joint venture company, Faurecia Anand Seating India Private Limited, has been incorporated under the Joint Venture Agreement with Faurecia Automotive Seating India Private Limited. Gabriel India has subscribed to 50% minus one equity share and Faurecia has subscribed to 50% plus one equity share of the paid-up equity share capital of the JV Co.
