Filmcity Media Ltd has informed the BSE that the Preferential Issue Committee of the Board of Directors has approved the allotment of 1,90,00,000 (One Crore Ninety lakh) Equity Shares to below-mentioned persons/entities at an issue price of Re.1/- each, for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. ₹ 1,90,00,000/-, on a preferential basis.
