Excel Industries Ltd held its 65th Annual General Meeting on 24th September, 2026, through two-way video-conferencing. The meeting was attended by the requisite quorum, and the Chairman welcomed the members and introduced the Directors, KMPs, and other invitees. The meeting discussed the audited financial statements for the year 2025-26, the resolutions contained in the Notice of the AGM, and the business of the Company.
