Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/07/2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Intimation of receipt of trading approval for listing of equity shares pursuant to conversion of warrants on prefrential issue basis under Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 is enclosed.
