Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 attached herewith
Eforu Entertainment Ltd has entered into an agreement with M/s Ambigramy LLC, an international entity based in New Jersey, USA. Under this agreement, Eforu will facilitate engagement between Ambigramy LLC and two music artists, along with their teams. In return, Eforu Entertainment will be compensated a total of USD 65,000, comprising USD 33,000 for the first artist and USD 32,000 for the second artist. This represents a new international contract win for the company in its entertainment business.
