Reminder of Payment of First & Second Call Money along with Interest on delayed payment
Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd has issued another reminder to shareholders for the payment of outstanding First and Second Call Money, including 10% interest per annum on delayed payments. This pertains to partly paid-up equity shares issued through a Rights Issue and is a follow-up to multiple previous notices. Shareholders are requested to make payments by June 30, 2026, to fully realize the capital from the rights issue.
