Chatha Foods Ltd has allotted 1,03,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each upon conversion of an equal number of warrants. The conversion occurred at an exercise price of Rs. 95.25 per warrant, bringing a total of Rs. 98,10,750 into the company. The shares were allotted to promoter and promoter group entities. Notably, 16,000 warrants held by Mr. Iqbal Singh Chatha are still pending conversion.
