Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd held its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 21, 2026, through Video Conferencing. The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Secretarial Auditors, and Scrutinizer. The AGM approved the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the same period. The meeting also approved the payment of Three Interim Dividends of Re. 1/- each (300%) and the declaration of Final Dividend of Re. 1/- each (100%) per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up.
