Bank of Maharashtra has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026. This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated subsequently.
