Bal Pharma Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its postal ballot notice dated 09th July 2026, revising the issue price of warrants from ₹81/- to ₹84/- per warrant, including a premium of ₹74/- per warrant. The aggregate consideration for the proposed issue of 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh) warrants shall stand revised from ₹8,10,00,000/- to ₹8,40,00,000/-.
