Execution of Memorandum of Understanding for development of project.
B-Right Realestate Ltd's step-down subsidiary, B-Right RMBD Developers LLP, has executed a Memorandum of Understanding for the development of 'Viswas Niwas 8 and Viswas Niwas 9' in Village Parel. The project spans a land area of 1,081.95 Sq. Mtr. and is expected to yield approximately 45,760 Sq. Ft. of total sales area. The anticipated Gross Development Value (GDV) from this new project is significant, estimated at Rs. 179 Crores.
