Allotment of Equity shares under ESOP Scheme.
AYM Syntex Ltd has approved the allotment of 53,792 fully paid-up equity shares to eligible employees under the AYM Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 and AYM Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the paid-up share capital from Rs. 58,73,40,910 to Rs. 58,78,78,830.
