Allotment of equity shares upon conversion of warrants
Apollo Micro Systems Ltd has allotted 21,43,095 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to three investors, including Trikaya Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd, upon conversion of an equal number of warrants. This conversion, part of a preferential issue intimated earlier, brought in Rs. 18.32 crores (being the balance 75% of the issue price) for the company as warrant exercise price. Consequently, the company's issued and paid-up capital increased to Rs. 37,15,99,512, with the newly allotted shares ranking pari passu with existing ones.
