Aadhar Housing Finance Limited's promoter, BCP Asia II Holdco VII Pte. Ltd., has filed a disclosure under SEBI Takeover Regulations 31(4) for FY 2025-26. The promoter declared that no encumbrance was created on its shares during this period. However, the disclosure also noted that a non-disposal undertaking (NDU) was imposed on its shareholding by the National Housing Bank (NHB) as a condition for change of control approval. This NDU was furnished to NHB on April 7, 2026, replacing a similar undertaking on the erstwhile promoter's shares.
